No.  I always get them for survey tickets, but didn't get one for this one.  I logged in and looked at the ticket list, and saw that somebody there had looked at it within half an hour of my raising it, but there is no mention of any action.
I had the same problem. I made a referral to someone and it didn't track. It worked for me when I copied my referral link and sent it to the person myself, instead of adding their email to my account.

What format is your referral link?  Mine (taken from the referrals page) just links to my profile - and when my referral puts it into their browser, it just goes to the Swagbucks home page. (I don't want to post my referral link here because I sure it is against the rules, but it is in the format https://www.swagbucks.com/profile/MyUsername.)

Yes, mine is the same. I just tried to post it into my own browser to see what it did and it took me to my account page. My friend had a different welcome page though, presumably because she doesn't have an account.  I logged out and tried it without being logged in and it took me to the same page my friend arrived at. Maybe log out and try it again to see if it takes you to a different page that looks right.

It just takes me to the home page, the login page.  My referral tried the "Not a member? Join today" link below the login form, and was ablet to join up, but never showed up on my Referrals list - which is not surprising, seeing as how she signed up on a simple URL of https://www.swagbucks.com.  We've been trying again with a different address, but getting nowhere.

When you're logged out, do you get the same page when you use your referral link as you do for swagbucks.com?
I get a totally different screen. My referral link takes me to a page that has my profile details on the left and a create account on the right. That's what my friend said she used and it did show up in my account not long after.

Yes, I just end up at https://www.swagbucks.com.  I wonder what would happen if you tried in your browser using my Swagbucks ID of Mollymockford instead of your own?  If you also end up on the ordinary home page, then it would seem that there is a problem with the system identifying my username.

I just tried it and I am having the same divert to the generic homepage. It must be something to do with your account - I hope they come back to you with a response and resolve it soon!

Just a search link to try - no more or less likely to win than any other
