It's not a section. Userzoom are just one of the types of surveys that come up in the gold surveys. They are often 20mins for 20SB but never take that time and other times the reward is 95SB for varying times. Sometimes they are higher SBs too. They are probably the only surveys that predictably take less time than advertised so are good if you can get them. 

Different surveys show up for different people so you may not always be lucky enough to get them. Just keep an eye out for the usual SB they offer and if it's a userzoom one it'll say in the browser link when you click through.

I received the "swag-up" notification about the £10 bonus when accruing 1300 SB's. From this point I was aware of adding points to achieve the figure of !300.
I've now earned above this figure, but have not yet been credited.
Is there a delay in the bonus being awarded?

yes, seems to be credited in blocks, maybe needs approval.

Today it is 19 sb to 39 sb

I achieved the 1300 yesterday and haven’t been credited yet! I think it can take a few days.

I don't know when I reached the 1300 points required but was given the bonus automatically yesterday - I hadn't redeemed a giftcard or done any other "one off" type of transactions so it was just automatically added.

One thing that could be a bit of a positive though: the first step for the to-do list now seems to credit after completing only 4, rather than 5, out of the 6.
