I've had a similar issue occasionally with that particular type. I think it's actually a problem with the survey so I usually leave it until the next day and it resolves on its own.  

No I usually pass those type of questions. I did disqualified from a survey because I mis read the question but that was over a week ago, I put in a ticket and got the response "To protect the integrity of the survey research, we consistently monitor survey responses to ensure the information provided is answered as directed and/or consistent. Due to too many incorrect responses, we are unable to reactive the Gold Survey dashboard on your account." Has anyone here been unbanned from gold surveys before? I can get use to not doing surveys anymore but I can't upload reciepts either so I will be able to complete a swago..

I've just noticed on the Member recognition page there's a box with the following message "Earn extra SB when you find special Swag Codes that appear on member's pages."  and has another box to put codes in. Anyone know if this something different from the usual daily swag code?

Bonuses today are 2 and 6SB

I don't know if this is what they (or you) mean, but occasionally there will be an extra swag code on their Twitter page (normally from early evening onwards), called I Spy and they give you a hint and you then put the answer in the swag code box, normally first 10,000 people, this should be the link  https://twitter.com/Swagbucks/with_replies

I suspect not - the explanation with the code entry box makes them seem like ordinary codes and the link only goes to the normal code explanation  

UPDATE just tried and the box works for normal swagcodes anyway

I had some swagbucks through for a shop purchase a few weeks ago - today I noticed that the swagbucks they awarded had been removed. Has this happened to anyone else? I've messaged them to query it, in case there is some mistake and they think I had the purchase refunded.
