They are gold surveys - the userzoom shows as part of the url after clicking through to the survey (sometimes there is a screen question on another site before getting there)

That used to work for me too but for over a month I've been getting the 'someone ate all the surveys' message so guess I've been blocked for some random reason.
Hideout.co has let me cash out this morning for my 2SBs. Maybe just a blip yesterday with the system or it didn't think it was worth it when I only had 1SB.  I hope it is working for everyone else today too.

Another site I belong to which also uses Hideout has posted that Hideout were making some changes which required the site itself to make an update in order to enable cashouts.  So maybe Swagbucks hae actually (for once) done what they needed to do as soon as they were asked to do it.

I have only had that message on the very odd occasion when I have gone through the lot if I needed points for a team challenge - I always go for just 1 dq or short completion now.

Yes it was the 'Daily Activity' which meant having to switch on (then off!) the Swag Button if you didn't have it activated any way.
