Is there anyone on here using iPad and can you play ncrave vids I still haven’t had any luck with it

I followed that link to report but it just comes up with 12 blue boxes and all seem to be answered by bots - if you try to submit a ticket it wants details I’ve not got like transaction ID’s.  Is there a way to contact them through email/phone etc please, does anyone know?

same for me. i saw an old help thing on the net that showed a submit ticket button 2 years ago.. that seems to be gone now. I find these forums very encumbersome to search too for specific questions

Go into the right area for your query and open and article then at the bottom you should see the link below. Fill in the request and they will get back to you. Everyone so far has had success on this forum. It is not a hoax  - Swagbucks has been running for years and is like many other sites that make money from people doing third party surveys and purchasing.

Alih71 and kavor, thank you for your help, and I apologise for my testiness earlier. These surveys are so tedious it's annoying when you aren't credited in full.

Are you using the same device and browser today?
I see you just left it running yesterday, but as Sonja was saying, that's not right for getting more than 1 SB.

On the "Hold Tight" page, click "Open Link"
Wait for the Hold Tight page to say you've spent long enough, then close the video window
Refresh the Hold Tight page and click "Open Link" again.

Thanks, for your help, do they take long to respond.  Just wondering whether I should redeem the £20 I have in my account now whilst I wait, as the vouchers might go up in price, I see they are on some sort of offer at the moment and I’d be gutted if I didn’t have enough points to get the vouchers after the hours I’ve spent doing surveys to earn them!

They have been the same price for over a year so you should be OK. If you go for the £10 amazon voucher it works out as well as the £25 one so I would say go for it. 
They normally respond within the day

Hi dave2319 yes I have done that and when I get the notice about you have watched enough when I look there isn’t any points on my account am using an iPad Pro on Safari I’ve also tried edge and  chrome but no joy
