I used the signup bonus which said I would get +2600SB but I only got credited with +1300SB (even though the wording next to it says "Other: Earn £10 Get £20 MoneySavingExpert.com Bonus"... has anybody else had this problem? I have contacted the help but just thought I would ask here0

So, there I am trying desperately to get the 600 points needed for the Team Challenge Swag up, only to realise that, this time, you only need 200 points!!1

Does anyone else not think this is a scam ? I signed up and noticed in the Disclaimers that most (if not all) of the high SB earning options put the points as "Pending" for 32 days. I believe this means they are not eligible for the bonus as the 1300 points need to accumulate within 30 days.
Furthermore there is some confusing (I believe intentionally) to make you NOT cancel your membership before you need to start paying, with such sites as Amazon Prime for fear of losing your SB points. It says the following "*SB will appear as Pending for 32 days. Member must sign-up for free trial to earn SB. SB will be revoked if transaction is invalid or cancelled."
Next I tried the surveys. I have tried about 10 different surveys with very limited success. Some of the surveys offer 50+ SB but I found that once entering the survey it bounced me from site to site collecting my data along the way. One survey link asked me 4 times my age and other personal info before finally disqualifying me and only giving me 1 SB. That was 10 min of being bounced around, giving up personal data only to be rejected for basically nothing earned.
And my final reason to believe that the bonus is a scam on the part of Swagbucks is that when I last logged in there was a banner saying that their "high earners" can earn 1000 SB a month. They basically said that its near impossible to earn the 1300 SB without purchasing many items through the links, putting yourself is a financially dangerous position by signing up for many "Free" trials that will cost you dearly if you forget to cancel or by spending countless hours chasing SB through the surveys.
Very disappointed with the "Deal"

The disclaimers of payment after 30+ days is because they have to get their commission from the brand - same as they way you don't get your cashback straightaway through someone like Quidco.
The last few months have been slower due to Covid so accumulating points has been even harder than usual - at least they put the target on the team challenges down from 600 to 200 in acknowledgement even if other things have tighten up.2 -
