Massive 1sb and 1sb bonuses again today - Swagbuck are really spoiling us!

Today I put in a ticket for a daily survey which I did last night but did not credit. I never even received the automated email response although I did add further comments. Of course, no credit!! Wonder if this means that tickets are not going to even get acknowledged.

I also put in a ticket yesterday, and had no automated response; but overnight the ticket was actioned and my account was credited, and the confirmation e-mail arrived.

I've also just submitted a help request and got no confirmation email - strange things going on there I think as I got asked to log in and my password didn't match or something. Opened up Swagbucks in a new tab and it was ok again.

Does anyone else get weird shop purchases coming up on their account? I had one for The Telegraph this month for 300sb and today one from Lovehoney (!!!!!!!) for 560sb! I have not made either purchase nor has any money come from any of my accounts!
