For those that have done UserZoom surveys on a mobile phone (iPhone) and it’s asked you to download the app, how does it work? I’ve tried twice now and when I click to say I’ve installed the app (which I have) and continue, it just says thank you. Then the survey is nowhere to be seen and I’ve lost it? Many thanks

On the main swagbucks mobile app there was a 2 SB for 1 min survey - wanted the mobile app rated - counted as a gold completion.

Showed in swagups to earn it but once done it appeared in my activity the same time as the receipt upload (if it shows in your activity you should have the points - like the ToDo bonuses it may not count towards the daily goal)

If you are in the swagups part of your account you can change the ones that are displayed under status - the default is "available" but you can also select "applied" or expired"

I've had that same message for about a fortnight, so it hasn't been restored in 1 day as stated. I too am fed up of Swagbucks and now we're in a new month, I'm going to have to give it a rest for my sanity. 

At least you got some sort of explanation!  All I got/get is a Pinocchio cartoon.

I've just noticed the Shaw Academy offer (200 SB) for free course. 

I hope anyone thinking of doing that has seen the separate thread on the difficulty of cancelling but still having funds taken from their account.  https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6135640/shaw-academy-cancelling-and-taking-payments-before-end-of-free-trial#latest

Been mentioned several times, I took up an offer using an e-mail address I just use for junk and when you didn't need to give any payment details (the only offers I usually risk) and the spam "last chance" "final offer" "limited deals" etc e-mails went on for well over year

I made a post a couple of weeks about my experience with them. All I can say is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! And if you do go for it - SCREENSHOT EVERY.THING!
