I would be more inclined to ask how on earth did you not see something that size?

The rule doesn't show depth with the perspective the photo is taken from.

I'd be onto Tesla to find out why two wheels were ruined driving through a relatively modest scar in the road.  The dimensions of that hole are nothing like some of the trenches we get around here, some of which are unavoidable but which don't wreck car wheels.

I was I was kind of hoping to get some help and advice from this Forum, not a bunch of people questioning my evidence and size of claim.

For the doubters amongst you I’ve added some more photos where I’ve placed a metal meter rule.
As to the cost of replacing the 2 Tesla alloys which Tesla said were unrepairable, please direct your comments to Elon Musk.

No need to reply, I’m outta here! 👿

So why were you going so fast and why didn't you slow down or avoid the pothole considering it was so big?

I just don't understand how people damage their cars so badly in situations like this. I drive down those kind of lanes quite often and they are quite often rife with potholes and i just slow down or avoid them as necessary and have never had any damage to my cars.
  • Bye then. Your pictures show nothing, you've just taken a picture of a random length of tape measure that's so far away it's unreadable.
