Current sim only contract

Hello, it's the nuisance again. I want to thank you for all your help on here and I am sorting the Paperwork out for a DMP today... Two things... I am on a SIM ONLY contract with 02 that I'm happy with... Will O2 take that away from me... Never been in default and I own my phone. Also.. I've sort of botched a letter to creditors saying that I am now registered with STEPCHANGE. Is there a letter template on the site somewhere and do I give creditors my STEPCHANGE client number... I'm sure I read somewhere you don't. When I telephoned STEPCHANGE they were lovely.

Hi, you have posted in the DFW Challenges board in error. You need your thread to be in the main DFW board instead.

Exactly what do you need the letter to say (apart from the StepChange reference number)? Is it a holding letter you want, for your account to be put on hold whilst you seek advice?
