Hi guys

I'm going under at a rapid rate and my anxiety levels are through the roof
i am seriously strugling to navigate the forum to find any of the info or users recommended by le-kirk
I've continuously gone round in circles since my post yesterday asking for advice on my Defence letter

I have until 4pm tomorrow to submit my defence
any help would be greatly appreciated

i really appreciate you help with the links
unfortunately none of it is making any sense i have no idea what parts i should be looking at or what parts are usable in my defence letter
it took me two hours to work out how to open a word document to copy and past the letter...
this is how these parasites are able to extort money from people

Is there anyone who can sit with you and help you? A word of warning, do not try to copy and paste FROM a Word document INTO the forum as that will result in your IP address being banned. If you PC has it, use Wordpad or Notepad.
Within the links you should find some defences. They are what you are looking for. Not being facetious but they start: -

IN THE COUNTY COURT

DEFENCE

Of course your defence will state the name of YOUR claimant (is it CEL?) which will be on the court claim form. When you find this part, just keep scrolling down and read what the defendants wrote.

The laptop i have borrowed belonged to Noah when he was clean shaven
and crashed moretimes than Evil Knievel..lol

I've just binned the word document that took me two hours to work out, and copied it to note pad
cheers for the heads up mate

so i need to find and add the abuse of process to my defence letter
where would you place that roughly ?
also as I wasn't the driver but a passenger albeit my vehicle is this an issue

Add it as your last point. As you've got some sort of order going I wouldn't make life harder for yourself by renumbering everything. The order of defence points isn't overly important.

By the way it just defence and not defence letter. A small point but it looks a bit more professional if you get the terminology correct

Follow the link I gave you for basher52 and scroll down to post # 46 on page 3, you will see where to place it, after the opening rebuttal of your POC, signage and landowner authority, after the paragraph that talks about the additional £60, in basher52's case it starts at paragraph 15. Yours will be different depending upon how much you have in the rebuttal paragraphs. Continue to read the whole of basher52's thread in case Coupon-mad offered any more advice and the defence was tweaked. If you choose to use it, make sure your read it thoroughly and adapt it to suit you particular circumstances.

Wow if my brain wasn't frazzled before it is now
its not making any sense to me Le-kirk I've followed your instruction and read from chapter 15 but don't know how much I need to use from it mate
this is totally alien to me im so far out of my comfort zone you wouldnt believe

this is so stressfull for me where as you guys can take this in your stride
i can work with concise instruction cut,paste,sent to,amend
its the trolling and trying to make sense of the blur of legal speak
computers are not my thing
i am far from being numb and feel so foolish putting myself out there

Right, your defence is fine. Stop spinning and trying to add things in a panic.

Le_Kirk already told you it was fine:

You could add the comments by Coupon-mad at post # 14 on beamerguy's abuse of process thread or read threads by CEC16 or basher52 for more info on charging the extra "costs." However, having mentioned it in your defence you could leave it until witness statement stage. It is advised by Coupon-mad to add it at defence stage to get it in front of a judge as early as possible.

Please just email that defence to the CCBCAQ email, as it is, and take a deep breath.

Who are you going to take with you to speak as your lay rep with you in court?

Sorry to say, the last two people here we've seen report a loss, were both scuppered at the hearing by brain fog and chronic anxiety which stopped them being able to function.

If you can't stay calm when merely putting a defence together from the one I told you to copy (and you did, you got it right, so it really was simple) then I am telling you now, kindly and honestly, that I fear for you in court. I enjoy hearings but I am not an anxious person.

I want to encourage you to talk to your family & friends and get the most confident and canny one to agree to go with you, help you organise your paperwork, and speak for you at the hearing.

I am saying this now to give you lots of time to plan for the hearing.

i greatly appreciate your imput
but you misunderstan my plite, anxiety has triggers and is situational one of my many triggers is numercy, literacy,computers ect
i could stand in front of a judge naked and recite the first 5 chapters from memory, verbalising face to face has never been an issue
i have scarcely moved from this screen from aprox 8.30 this morning and have got no where for the reasons i have already stated.... spinning no, frustrated and anxious to the point of boarder line pleading with strangers for help yes

its a shame you couldnt of kindly and honestly advised me earlier
i will follow your instruction and email my Defence to CCBCAQ
do i also need to email my defence to the paracites CEL
