Just reading up more on GDPR and gdpr.eu (can't link as new member) states:Generally, a privacy notice will be provided in writing and, where appropriate, supplied electronically. Every organization that maintains a website should publish their privacy notice there, under the title “Privacy Policy,” and it should be accessible via a direct link from every webpage. If a website collects any personal data online, the privacy notice or a link to it should be provided on the same page where the data collection occurs. The GDPR also states that privacy notices must be available orally upon request to ensure comprehension and to aid the visually impaired.
I have highlighted that this is not complied with in my SAR request and requested a copy of their privacy notice/policy. If this is not supplied then I will be able to log a complaint with ICO, I have to give them 30 days to respond first.0 -
the restriction on processing isnt going to happen just because you have filed a SAR
You state you are seeking debt advice (having denied the debt) and you require they pause any action for at least 30 days.0 -
Okay thanks, I was following the newbie thread advice on the restriction of processing. The debt advice angle seems more appropriate though and so i have reworded the paragraph.I have received two Letters Before Claim from yourselves regarding vehicle XXX and parking charge notices from the claimant JD Parking Consultants Ltd. I deny these debts and I am seeking debt advice and therefore require you to put both cases on hold for a minimum of 30 days.0

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
