Prize & Requirements

Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out above (each a “Valid Entry”) will be entered into the prize draw to be held within three (3) days of the Closing Date (“Draw”). The first two Valid Entries randomly selected from the Draw (each a “Winner” together the “Winners”) shall each win a trip for two (2) people to the Maldives for four (4) nights (between 01 June 2020 and 30 June 2020, exact dates to be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion),which shall consist of the following (“Prize”):

participation for the Winners and their Elected Person (as defined below) in a surfing lesson, a yoga session with Maud le Car and a boat trip (each an “Activity” and together the “Activities”); the date, time and details of the Activities shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability;

a four (4) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of no less than a three (3) star rating; the hotel to be selected by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability (“Hotel”);

return economy flight tickets for two (2) people from an airport in the United Kingdom to an airport in the Maldives (“Destination Airport”). The airport locations, dates and times of the flights shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability; and

return economy transfers for two (2) people from Destination Airport to Hotel, and Hotel to each Activity; the times, dates and mode of transport to be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability. For the avoidance of doubt, Monster Energy shall not provide return transfers from the Winner’s home and/or Elected Person’s home to the selected airport in the United Kingdom; this shall be the responsibility of the Winners and their Elected Person.
