Assuming that all four documents have the same PCN/NTK number, complain to the DVLA and BPA that you have been sent falsified documents by the scammers. Include the copies of the docs as evidence.

Also complain to the ICO, and of course the landowner and your MP.

Yes, all four have the same reference number, I just noticed that the NTK sent via the SAR also has different wording to the original post NTK :exclamati

Just double check everything else matches, same VRM, same location, same times etcetera, and check the wording on the back then make the complaints in writing.

Just out of interest, was this a double dip or was the vehicle really on site for 10 hours?

The vehicle had a permit for the car park as there are offices/restaurants there and there was the barrier to get in and out. At some point I believe the owners changed and there was an issue with these getting transferred over or something and the barriers just stayed up all the time. The new company informed everyone not to worry and they'll get any charges cancelled which in the end didn't happen and everyone was told to just appeal them instead.

Meanwhile, you have a paper NTK, a paper reminder, and an electronic reminder all stating the PCN was issued on the 26th of September 2018 following an alleged event on the 7th. Three documents all of which state the NTK arrived too late for keeper liability to apply.

In contrast you have an electronic NTK with a falsified date. This is definite cause for serious complaints to be made.

Luckily the electronic false NTK is a pdf and thus you cannot be accused of having doctored it, unlike the scammers. Keep the emails and docs very safe.
