I have just joined the Cheap Energy Club, but I'm having problems with the website.

I have just joined the Cheap Energy Club, but it is not displaying any comparison data. There is an icon on the screen, that goes round and round, but doesn't display anything. I have tried 2 different browers. Is this a known glitch? Thanks for any suggestions.

Try allowing cookies and tracking, disabling ad blockers. Or try Pale Moon, Waterfox or whatever.

I have tried 2 browsers, accept cookies, no blockers, but I never see the data. I always just see this text:

And that's it. Pity! I don't know what else to try.

Try saying that you're with British Gas on their standard tariff. Some comparison websites misbehave if they can't find the data for your existing supplier, e.g. if it's one of the smaller ones.

Did you try a few new browsers?

Forget the so called Cheap Energy Club because there are far better sites, paying better cashback.

Simply enter "energy comparison uk" into Google.
