    The are doubtless dozens of threads on this already.

    If you need to sell your house quickly;

    (A) auction
    (B) normal estate agent at a sensible price

    These dubious companies that offer to sell your home quickly are run by the sort of people who'd sell their own children's kidneys. They wouldn't hesitate a screwing you over.

    Sounds great if you only want to achieve around 60%-70% of the properties value.

    Either put it in an auction or sell through a normal EA at a realistic price.

    I believe the pattern with these companies is normally the same. Lots of 'good' reviews online, polite on calls, nice looking websites. They offer you something, then at the last minute drop their offer knowing you will be stuck with them.

    If you sift carefully through the trustpilot reviews you'll find several examples of this behaviour https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk?page=3 , amongst the many five star reviews which mainly seem to be from people who never went further than getting the offer.

    Avoid.
