Can anyone help?

I’m trying to find where I can locate regulations concerning the installation of smart meters.

I live in a flat where a neighbour has had a Smart meter fitted to the external side of my lounge wall. The meter bridges the cavity in the wall and the meter sits approximately 5 feet from where I sit in my lounge. I have since experienced increased health problems and I would like to follow the right course of action to find out if the meter was installed correctly and what action I can take.

But if the meter is working, and it hasn't caught fire, it was almost certainly installed correctly. It's just a pre-assembled unit that connects in place of the existing meter.

I'd like to assure you that smart meters have gone through rigorous safety testing. There is more information on Government's website and you can find a peer reviewed paper here as well.
