Welcome to the forum sidnus :)

On 29 November 2019, Active Securities Limited, trading as 247 Moneybox, was placed into administration. They were a payday loan company. Does that ring any bells? Do you have any old payday loans that have been settled?

Good luck on your gambling-free journey!! I hope things work out for you. :)

If you do not recognise all the Active Securities accounts that are listed on your credit file, then you could raise this with the administrators. But seeing as the accounts are all showing as settled, then you may consider it to be a waste of your time :)

If you don't believe that all the accounts are yours, and you have decided that you want the incorrect data removed from you file, then I believe you will have to raise it with the 247MoneyBox administrators, by calling 0207-183-8078.

For further details about the administrators and how your accounts are being managed, then visit https://www.247moneybox.com/

How many times did you use them? If you ever topped up or ‘rolled over’ the loan it would likely count as a new agreement.
  • ...yes.
    It’s been said enough times.

Maybe you lost track of all the loans you took out?

Yup. Active Securities LTD is aka MoneyBox247.

(I've only got that by googling. But I have no reason to believe it is incorrect. It is even listed with the FCA)
