IHT406 Premium Bond Numbers

Hi, I'm trying to complete form IHT406 with premium bond numbers but the info we have is a range that won't fit in the box. Have you got any advice on how we should enter the bond numbers?

Didn't bother with the numbers just a total.
Each bond is £1 you won't be putting all of those in for a full holding
Each paper bond is a start number and value(that defines the range).
If there were loads of individual which you get when you reinvest £25 wins.
I think I would put, holder number, various, total, outstandg wins....0 -
