Brown Parcel Tape .. where to buy

Where can I get decent quality brown parcel tape from please ?

I tried various options online but some was very poor and would hardly even stick.

I eventually stuck with the Wilko (Wilkinsons) tape, which for a long time was 59p for a 60m roll (longer than many rolls that are only 40m)

It then jumped up to 75p but I kept with it.

Today I see it's £1 a roll, although there is currently a 3 for 2 offer so 66p if you but 3.

No doubt the offer will end soon and unless I bulk buy in advance I'll have to look elsewhere

Any suggested suppliers please .. thank you !

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL:beer:

I don't use a lot so buy the Lidl rolls when in stock. 3 rolls for £2.99, clear or brown and is quality stuff - not see through, well the brown anyway, like in pound shops.
  • 2 rolls of brown tape for £1 in Poundland - works well for me.

It depends how many you want to buy. If you're only buying 2 or 3 rolls then you can pick up a decent cheap one in Asda.
If you're buying 2-3 cases plus at a time then you can get from Amazon or Ebay.
The 66m rolls tend to be less prevalent as the price of tape went up a bit so retailers are tending to do 40 and 50m rolls.
I actually buy from a wholesaler that I get other stuff from, I tend to buy a few packs every time I go. I think I pay about 33p plus vat for a 50m roll, I know you can get a bit cheaper if you try harder but I don't need tons of tape lying around.

Amazon sell 6 rolls as an ‘add on’ item for around £3.60 every so often.

Here it is it's sold by Amazon. No third party seller could sell it for that, it costs too much to ship.
