Company Car Fuel Card

Hi All,

Just after some advice please.

I’ve recently taken a job with a company car.
My company issues Fuel Cards which must be used for all fuel purchases.
Every month we must log our business mileage and personal mileage online.
Based on our personal mileage they deduct an amount from our monthly salary.

Will I have to pay the Fuel Benefit Tax to HMRC?
I don’t think I will as I am being charged for the fuel through salary sacrifice, it is not ‘free fuel’

Thanks in advance.
