And I haven't been able to access the report since a few weeks ago:

Do you have a method of contact? The FAQ page returns a 404.
Rather not delete it if I can help it. Don't want to run into any more issues.

No. Not working for me - it tells me my score is under 750, where going to experian tells me 999. It was telling me 950+ every time I checked it, until recently when I had a dispute with my ISP Onestream. Back in February they charged me £120 that they admitted that I didn't owe them. Spent over 2 months trying to get my money back and eventually had to get SadWest to reverse the direct debit.

After that I paid using a standing order, because I was worried they'd do it again. Well, recently they sent my wife a text message saying we owe them £150. So I checked my credit club score and suddenly it's <750. Saw that my address on credit club was outdated, tried to change it, and it told me to fill in boxes that were greyed out and cannot be changed.

I'd post a pic of the message but I'm not allowed as a new user. Hokay. Fairy nuff.

When I click on "FAQ's & feedback" in order to talk to someone about the problem, I get the same 404 message as the OP.

Who can we contact about this? Is the credit club reliable/trustworthy/maintained? I've been trying to change my address details for weeks (I left it, assuming it was a temporary issue, but it remains a problem). I first tried to change my address *before* the problems with Onestream.

*Edit* - found the following email addresses in case they are useful to the OP:

    creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com
    brokenlink@moneysavingexpert.com

I think you can work out what to do with 'em! ;)

I can't post a link to where I found them, because I'm too new to the forum. Go to the moneysaving homepage (not the forum) and the links across the top - look for "contact us".

Yes, it seems very buggy very regularly. Not updated when it says it is and addresses out of date. The score is almost always different to the score provided by Experian through other providers (yes I know the score is made up but it should at least be the same from the same agency don't you think?)

Not often, but when I do, I find myself in agreement with statements such as yours. :D
  • Ignore the scores completely from any source.

A lender would so you should too.

I did as suggested - deleted my account and remade it. Seems to have fixed it! May do the same with ClearScore and Credit Karma to see if they will then all update on the same day. Currently they all update on different days as I made them at different times.
