Never used them myself, but haven’t heard anything bad about them so I’m sure they’re fine.

If you haven’t already, might be worth using the forum search function on this or http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest

No problems here Cool. A bit like Marcus to deal with. Mobile phone necessary.

Simple user friendly website. Partly because they only offer a small number of savings accounts and nothing else.

I've banked with Ford money for several years now. Have no complaints rather the opposite. Any time I've had a query and needed to phone them their customer service is A1 and never kept on hold. Offer competitive rates. Thoroughly recommend. Someone said you need to use your mobile phone but have never found this though they do text you when they have received a deposit to your account. User friendly website, no hidden snags.

They may ask for return of a code number sent to your phone. Something to do with computer cookies .

Like every other financial institution they blow hot and cold when it comes to the rates on offer. Found them to be ok in all dealings.
