If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
There is one (1) prize of a Jaguar E-PACE Chequered Flag Edition P200 AWD Automatic 5 door car including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and automatic hand drive. The winner may choose to receive the Car in any of the following colours: Photon Red, Yulong White and Corris Grey.

The Prize Provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport.

The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note a signature may be required upon delivery of the Car.

Holiday
There is one (1) prize of a a ten (10) night/eleven (11) day holiday for the winner and up to four (4) companions to Mauritius including:
·return economy flights to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, Mauritius (MRU) (“MRU Airport”) departing from the winner’s choice of one of the following airports: Glasgow International Airport (GLA), Edinburgh Airport (EDI), London Heathrow Airport (LHR), London Gatwick Airport (LGW), London Stansted Airport (STN), Birmingham International Airport (BHX), Newcastle International Airport (NCL), or Manchester Airport (MAN);
·ten (10) nights and eleven (11) day accommodation at LUX* Grand Gaube hotel (the “Hotel”) based on five (5) people sharing two (2) Superior Bedrooms accommodating up to three (3) people per room on a half board basis;
·return private transfers from MRU Airport to the Hotel;

thirty per cent (30%) discount on all food purchased by the winner and their companions at the INTI and Bodrum Blue restaurants (excluding all drinks);
access to on site facilities at the Hotel (as per Hotel schedule) for the winner and their companion(s), including:

oWellness: yoga and stretching classes, fitness centre, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and spa garden.
oWater sports: water ski, glass bottom boat trips, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaks, pedal boat, hobby cats, mini sailing as per weather and tide conditions.
oLand activities: unlimited access to gym centre, floodlit tennis courts (rackets and tennis ball provided by the Hotel), table tennis, bocce balls, beach volley.

The prize must be booked and taken up within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation and the winner must provide the prize provider with at least sixty (60) days’ notice before their intended departure date.

The prize cannot be taken up during the following dates:

For the avoidance of doubt, all flights must be booked at the same time, used on the same itinerary. The prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Mauritius and to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements of Mauritius. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companion(s) (ii) ensure that themselves and their companion(s) are adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that themselves and their companion(s) adhere to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements of Mauritius. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Mauritius. Particular attention should be given to the travel advice on https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/mauritius.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the airport in the UK, any other charges and items not otherwise described above, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personalexpenses, and visas and vaccinations.
