Aqua did this to me...reducing my 5k limit down to 3.5k quoting information received from credit agency...
My credit over the last 2 years has only get better.....and if they had received such negative information surely my other cards from newday would be subject to same credit limit reduction....
Didn’t really get any sensible response.....so card account closed and moved on0 -
just had another text from aqua this morning, they're reducing my limit again to £1500 from £2k they have cut my limit from £3200, overall, i don't think they want me as a customer anymore, iv'e earned £170 in cash back and referals and paid no interest so i suppose i'm just a burden to them.0

Since I closed my Aqua I’ve had several texts from them and letters indicating for me to come back with some promotional offers...
These letters make useful bedding for my rabbits....0
