Id let it go to court. YOure nto going to change their mind. Your AST has primacy over their little scheme, any supposed contract isnt enforceable - you were givne a right to park and use facilities, they cant take it away.

Tell him the facts and that this is an abuse and that if he does not get the charge cancelled you will have no alternative but to hold him accountable (outside of the company).

Its unlikely to produce a cancellation in and of itself
But it costs you nothing. So why not try it?
