Id let it go to court. YOure nto going to change their mind. Your AST has primacy over their little scheme, any supposed contract isnt enforceable - you were givne a right to park and use facilities, they cant take it away.3

Its unlikely to produce a cancellation in and of itself
But it costs you nothing. So why not try it?
