Impact of wages being paid into someone else's account?

Hi, hoping to pick the brains of someone who may know the answer to this.

Will it devastate a person's credit rating if their wages were paid into a loved ones account and not their own? Obviously money will be sent over each month to cover the direct debits, so the account would still be active and bills would be getting paid, but there will be a very low turnover on the account compared to normal while we have this set up.

Is there a certain turnover on an account which is considered good?

Thanks in advance :)

It wouldn't devastate anything. Lenders may ask to see proof of income, but that can be into any account. You would show a payslip or similar.

Thanks, that's what I thought, the lady in the bank was saying otherwise earlier and it got me worried. Thanks for the reassurance
