Company reports to credit file after bankruptcy

Options
Hi everyone,
I’ve been discharged from bankruptcy since may 2019. I have recently checked my credit file and can see that I have 3 defaults with the same company reported on my credit history. My question is this, the company is reporting I’m defaulting on TransUnion every month and that the 3 outstanding balances are £417, £287 and £278 is this correct and are they allowed to do this as they were Included in my bankruptcy? My understanding was they should show partly settled with zero balance but defaults before my bankruptcy date. Could anyone help?

I am not an expert, but I believe that an unsecured debt should be marked as defaulted with a default date which is your bankruptcy start date. I also believe that the debts included in your bankruptcy should be marked by the creditors as partially settled with zero owing on the date of discharge.

Use the article linked below to complain. A couple of letter templates are provided.
