PCP - fair wear and tear invoice two years later

It would be amazing if anyone can give me some advice. We had a PCP which ran it's full term and finished in Aug 2017.
I received a phone call from Seat two days ago saying that I owe them £117 in refurb and excess mileage (£42 mileage and the rest for a new tyre).
When BCA (auction company) picked up the car their report said the car was fine with no faults, unfortunately I have since lost the report.
Seat said that they sent me this invoice back in Aug 2017 but I definitely didn't receive it, we have since moved house so I guess they may have sent me something but I did have a royal mail redirection in place for three months.
I guess my question is should I just pay this? Do they have any claim on the "debt" nearly two and half years later? The last thing I want is a negative mark on credit report but at the same time I think there is a bit of principle at stake also i.e. I don't want to be ripped off.
If anyone has any options they would be much appreciated, even if it is just to pay them

Did you exceed mileage and did car need new tyre?
If yes pay up

AFAIA they have 6 years to chase. You can only get a mark against your credit history if they take you to court and obtain a CCJ against you, which you then don't settle.0

I can't really dispute the excess mileage, the tyre on the other hand...the company that did the inspection and collection put nothing on the notes for any damage or tyres etc.
I accept your comment btw, I was just very surprised at being contacted 2 1/4 years after the agreement finished. I haven't hidden myself away, they rang two days ago and answered and spoke to them straightaway. I was sort of hoping there would be a maximum time period they have to contact me to pay but if that is not the case I will call them tomorrow to discuss the tyre0 -
Another four years of being chased is too long for me, just want to see the end of it.....it was my ex wife's car so this is just another bit of emotion left over from that...can't let emotion get in the way of logic though!
Thank you very much for your replies0 -
