    Thank you Frank Cannon

I think it was your original letter letter that I have based mine on if I'm honest. I will have a look through again and change the last few bits when I get home tonight.

    Thank you for your help!

I am looking forward to the slam dunk!
  • You're welcome. I forgot to mention that I wrote to the North Norfolk MP, Norman Lamb, to put pressure on the harbourmaster, Robert Smith MBE, to tidy up his act, but it had no effect. Mr Smith was very resistant to criticism and quite up his own a***. I believe you have a new Tory MP, so I may try writing to him, but I'm not expecting it make any difference. The local Lib Dem county councillor, Peter Fisher, was completely useless.

Post #1 , paragraph 3 still needs editing to driver and keeper

No blabbing in the SAR or the letter to litigation about who was driving or why the were there , why ?

Because the keeper has no liability and so what the driver did or did not do is irrelevant

Don't snatch defeat from the jaws of victory due to wanting to tell the story

A solicitor would advise you to say no comment , prove it

I can see you are going to be a difficult one, those wishing to tell a story always are , lol

    Hi guys,

I have received correspondence from CEL and wondered if there is any way I can upload and image to the thread.

I have taken pictures of the letter and deleted out all personal info and wanted to upload them so you could read it and hopefully give me some advice on what to do next.

    Thanks

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox or Imgur), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Please do not use TinyPic or PhotoBucket as they drop all sorts of gratuitous and unsolicited dross on computer screens when their links are opened.

    Or, read this advisory post:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Four weeks on and you still haven't edited your initial post to remove the identity of the driver.

Paragraph 3 should look like this,

"The Driver [STRIKE]have[/STRIKE] has no idea how long They [STRIKE]was[/STRIKE] were parked there and to be honest because The Driver works at the local high school all The Driver would have done is nipped across to the chips shop and The Driver [STRIKE]don't[/STRIKE] doesn't think they realised the car park had changed its payment system."

You need to go through all your posts just like Redx told you to do weeks ago.

This thread has enough information for the scammers to identify the driver if they wanted to!
