Paint peeling/flaking off coving in bathroom

Good evening.
Can anyone please help me
I am going to put my house on the market in a few weeks but I have peeling and flaking paint on the coving in the bathroom.
I'm not sure how to tidy this up as it was bathroom paint but as the coving is paper coated I can't sand it down
If anyone could please help it would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks in advance

Get your hoover, will pull off all the loose paint.
Then get some bathroom paint and re coat.
It’s probably just the steam from the bathroom making the paint peel. The bathroom paint should stop this.
That’s if there nothing obviously coming in from the outside.
