Well done on your appeal to IAS. This the first appeal that I have seen IAS uphold and I have been posting for over two years now. I think that if it had gone to court the PPC would have been spanked.

Actually based on the OP's first post "The Operator conceded this appeal due to mitigation", so the IAS never got to rule on the appeal.

We hardly ever see an out and out IAS dismissal of a PPC's case. Always a quiet word in the ear to encourage a withdrawal rather than face rejection - just shows what a cosy relationship there is between the IAS and IPC operators - hardly the image of 'impartiality' or 'independence'.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I am sure that, had this gone to court and you had counter-claimed for disability discrimination, you would have won.

These scammers have no place in residential car parks imo.
