Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion open to UK residents only, excluding employees of the promoter, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, UK, their families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected to this prize draw.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. All entries to be entered by 31/12/07. Only one entry per household.
4. Winners will be chosen at random by the promoter or its agents from all valid entries received within 4 weeks of the closing date. The judges' decision is final.
5. Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain authorisation from a parent or guardian before entering this prize draw and must provide an email address for their parent or guardian as a condition for entry. The promoter reserves the right to request evidence of such authorisation and to invalidate entries or a winner if the appropriate authorisation is or was not provided.
6. All winners will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via e-mail or phone. Winners must reply to that email within 28 days of receipt. If no response is received by the promoter within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to select other winners. A list of the winners' abbreviated names will be hosted on this site following the draw.
7. The first prize is a holiday to Los Angeles for 4 people i.e. 2 adults and 2 children (aged 11 years and under) and consists of:
   • economy return flights from London to Los Angeles airport. Travel excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and USA). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in LA;
   • 4 nights room only accommodation at The Holiday Inn (one ensuite family room);
   • fully inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay. The driver of the hire car must be 25 years or over and have held a full clean drivers licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver, supplementary liability insurance, handling fees, local taxes, airport fees and environmental taxes. The driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for a security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle; and
   • standard travel insurance.
   Any winner of this prize aged 17 years or under must be accompanied by a parent/adult guardian when taking the trip. The winner and guests will be responsible for travel to and from the London airport. All other costs will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner and their guests must hold valid UK passports (at least 6 months validity) and will be responsible for all administration associated with taking the prize, including any visa requirements. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip.
8. 25 runners up will each receive a High School Musical 2 goody bag. which includes a High School Musical 2 sports bag with stickers, badge, wristband wallet purse and notepad.
9. The prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
10. The winners will be contacted with further details within 28 days of the prize draw.
11. The promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
