I've just received POPLA's decision stating that my appeal was successful. I appreciate everyone's help in responding to the operators's evidence. I could not have done this without you and despite not doing this the right way was able to turn it around by following your advice.
Incidentally, I was asked by POPLA to respond to the operators evidence via email reply so there was no limit on the amount of text. Although I did restrict my responses to 2000 characters just in case.
