    Hi fruitcake. I have not as yet, as I am unsure as to how my data is being misused. Any advice would be welcome. I will be calling the DVLA as it is down to their continuous error that I've been in this situation in the first place. 6 times I sent them details of the car being sold.

    In which case you do not hav ethe full 33 days from date of issue, as the CCBC will se you received it soonr than the 5 days they allow.

    ...you have until 4pm on Friday 17th January 2020 to file your Defence.
