Give them a week or so.

You have the automated email receipt, so there will be no problem.

And no asking us about stuff that the NEWBIES thread fully covers (please!) for example I will scream if anyone asks about the DQ N180 form stage again...a really simple form, with questions completely covered in the sticky thread.

The N180 turned up yesterday but I wasn't able to look at the post in the sticky because the forum was down, took me a while to find the appropriate bit in the stick as I was searching for "N180" and not "questionnaire", as a suggestion could you add "N180" in there somewhere to make it easier for other people to find? It might make one less person ask about it.

I'm going to email MCOL too as my defence still isn't showing.

In other news I already don't like this new forum software.

I forgot to mention when it arrived last week that I've finally received a date for my hearing, its happening in mid June, but I forgot to post it here because the world's coming to an end and such.

That makes it all the more laughable that I've got a letter from VCS this morning saying they'll settle it out of court for the lovely sum of £125. They're offering this to me because they have a rock solid case that they know they'll win. Logic is clearly not their strong point. I find it infuriating that they're bothering to send out letters in the middle of a global pandemic, they are literally risking my life by sending it.

I'll be honest, I've forgotten all about what needs to happen now. I know I need to write a witness statement, which shouldn't take long, is that it?
