Euro car parks PCN for overstay in pay and display

Hi there,
I received a NTK before Christmas, it was apparently the second letter so the charge was £100 but a first letter was never received.
I appealed using their online appeals procedure using the letter from the newbies thread and it was rejected. Unfortunately I overstayed by 45 minutes because I drove in and fed and changed my newborn baby before getting a ticket (stupid I know and absolutely beating myself up about it but when they are screaming bloody murder getting a parking ticket is least of your worries!)
I have tried looking for a similar POPLA appeal but I feel totally baffled by it....my question is should I bother appealing or just pay the £100? am I likely to just loose anyway considering the over stay of 45 minutes?
The picture they provided in their response to my appeal is unreadable...you absolutely cannot see the small print and to be honest I'm not actually sure where the sign is they've taken a photo of because it appears to be outside but the parking is an indoor multistory!
If anyone has some spare time to help out a very stressed mum with a screaming baby I would much appreciate it!!

Hi, just try a POPLA appeal using their own picture against them and then add the usual wording you see in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread about POPLA.
Any chance of complaining to the landowner about this harassment of a new Mum?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for the reply, I'm going to attempt an appeal now whilst baby is hopefully (fingers crossed) asleep. The car park is sort of attached to a New Look store...well you can go in the lift and access the store from the car park so would you assume they are the land owners? I did shop in New Look that day but stupidly did not keep the receipt!
It is also attached to a pub chain...although you cannot access the pub from the car park, I have emailed them but they claim it's not anything to do with their company and they do not own the car park. Is there any way of finding out who does actually own it? I've looked on the land registry but because there is "house number" for it I'm finding it difficult to find on there i.e. 123 high street...0
