Unpaid cashback from MSE.

I was wondering what i do from here - switched with MSE energyclub in September and the switch has finished ages ago - and yet i have had nothing from the cashback from MSE? I emailed them a month ago, to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com with all my details and didnt even get a reply!

Any suggestions?

My swicth which occurred on 9 July got paid just before Christmas. I remember one of my previous ones also taking around 5 months.

Persist. It took me over a year to get my cashback. The problem was with the new energy supplier not acknowledging the transfer to MSE so that the payment can be made. They should reply to your email but probably delayed because of the seasonal break. If not, just bump the email to the top of their inbox. Good luck.

Thank you, it didnt take this long previously and am disappointed at the entire lack of reply to the email sent!
