This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. One entry per person per household. No purchase necessary to enter.
The entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
This draw is not open to employees, partners and associated agents of Aria Resorts, bulk entries or anyone concerned with this promotion.
The closing date for the 2019 draws are the 31st March 2020. All entries must be received before midnight on the closing date. Winners are selected at random and the Judge’s decision is final. The winners will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the closing date. If contact cannot be made within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and may be passed on to other entrants. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify Aria Resorts of any change in contact information.
There will be one main prize to win a holiday at any Aria Resort in the UK as featured on our website ariaresorts.co.uk up to 6 people to include 7 nights of self-catering accommodation. The holiday must be taken within 12 months of the prize being issued. Accommodation is subject to availability for any date within 12 months of notice The prize does not include meals or cost of travel.

There will be 5 runner-up prizes of a a 4 night mid-week break for two to four people main prize to win a holiday at any Aria Resort in the UK as featured on our website ariaresorts.co.uk up to 4 people to include 4 nights of self-catering accommodation. The holiday must be taken within 12 months of the prize being issued. Accommodation is subject to availability for any date within 12 months of notice , excluding any nights that fall within UK school holiday periods. The prize does not include meals or cost of travel.
The prize is valid for any UK Aria Resorts locations with the specific exception of Gara Rock.
Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
This promotion and draw may be run across or amalgamated into other promotions by Aria Resorts which share an equivalent or greater prize offer. Further, this may involve pooling the total number of entrants from one or more other prize draws to make one draw on the closing date and awarding one main prize with the nature of that prize determined by which prize draw the entrant entered in the first place.
Entry into the draw authorises Aria Resorts to contact and to publish the name, photo and country of the winners in connection with the draw. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
