Hello, please can I join?
I'm going for 31 days of non budgeted spend this month.
I have a weekly budget for food, fuel and pets and put anything left over into an envelope for a treat such as the cheapy morning cinema viewings.
I want to stick to this all year. So that means no impulsive/unplanned spending. I have set myself a personal challenge of not buying any clothes for myself all year and only buying necessary clothes and shoes for the kids for which I am planning to save £10 a week for.Pay your debts off by Xmas 22 #TBC - £0/15k

Wow, that's amazing (and very inspiring), Muggle1000 - good luck.

Definite plans for a NS week next week, I’ve got a dental appt tomorrow but I’m not counting that as it’s a necessity and planned in.
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend xx
Hey Happy Monday, spendy days happen! As long as you're happy that you spent thoughtfully, I guess that's the main thing?

NSD 6/16 on Friday, but yesterday was a bit of a spendy day. Weekend bus pass, Dad group, paying for veg box and then a lovely afternoon. Introduced DD to one of her godparents-to-be, along with a mini pub crawl with the group before taking her home. Today was an LSD with some ramekins being purchased for the purpose of weaning meal planning. £2 spent. I should be back with a slew of NSDs during the week.Mortgage free by 33 - (21/07/22 - 32 years and a bit...)
Most DIY problems can be solved by a combination of spanner, pliers, screwdriver, Allan key and a blade. (Hold it, twist it, cut it!) Very occasionally industrial language, a hammer and an adhesive may need to be added to the mix. (Curse it, hit it, patch it!)0 -
