It's most likely something to do with the address. You can apply to vary a court order at any time. There's a right to redetermination within 14 days of judgement. These are two different things.
The clamant paid extra for High Court Enforcement of the County Court Judgement. Provided the judgement is for at least £600 and not Consumer Credit Act they are allowed to do that.0 -
