Statutory Notice Period Pay

Hello

Wondered if I might be able to get some advice as getting through to the Insolvency Service is taking forever.

The organisation I worked for has become insolvent and I have claimed my statutory redundancy/holiday pay successfully. When claiming Statutory Notice Period Pay will it be the amount of time in my contract or the statutory length according to Gov?

Also I am not entitled to benefits so will I get the full amount without any benefit reductions?

You've answered your own question I think? It's statutory, more info on the Gov Uk website https://www.gov.uk/your-rights-if-your-employer-is-insolvent/what-you-can-get
