HELP,need to cut a metal fence post spike.

Options
Hi
Our wooden garden arch has now got lower part of the posts rotting.Plan was to get 4 of drive in metal spikes to anchor them.
While I managed to get 3 of the metal spikes into the ground I encountered thick layer of concrete under the fourth one.Only option is to cut the length of metal spike.
They are made of steel (https://www.toolstation.com/drive-in-post-anchor/p43369).
What can i use to cut the length of it.Or any other method I can use to secure that post?
Thanks
