Without any details we have no idea why you think it is a misleading name, for information we have had a Dyson DC25 ball cleaner for six years and have had no problems with it, does what it says on the tin which includes vacuuming efficiently when in use, some people are not Dyson fans but we are on our second and have no complaints.0

Agree 100 percent, we have a dyson ball and handheld and an air purifier.. happy with all of them
Dyson are also really helpful if there is a fault and virtually every part is replaceable0 -

Did you steal this from Reddit or post it there 2 days ago?0 -
Or the old - a man walks into a chemists and asks for deodorant. Sales assistance asks "Ball or aerosol?" Man says "Neither, underarm please!"0

If you'd said A&E instead of er people might have cottoned it quicker0
