Online application process for M&S Bank Reward Plus

I applied online for an M&S Bank Reward Plus card yesterday. I got as far as a page which said something like "Congratulations your application has been successful", but I accidentally closed the browser window before reading what else was on the page (!!).
Does anyone know whether there would have been anything else for me to do after seeing this page (to complete my application), or should I just wait to see if I receive anything in the post?

    Or have a look at your browser history. Might be lucky and it will show the page.

    They are a pain of a bank online wise
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
