Applying for a CC should I pay off my other cards before applying?

Applying for the Virgin Atlantic CC - I have 2 other CC that I pay off every month in full. In the wonderful world of applying for a credit card is this a good thing to do should I have all cards at £0 or does that make me less attractive and less profitable looking?

It makes little difference.
They will see the balance reported to the CRA b the lender and not the “real-time” balance0 -
How profitable you maybe has no bearing on any application... It's all about your credit history & their apatite for new customers.Life in the slow lane0
