Greedy lama: Has anyone dealt with this website and been able to contact them regarding non shipment of goods?
I only paid £15 but i am so mad at such utter disregard for the customer.
No contact number just an e mail with generated responses ( sometimes).
Just wondering if I will get my products eventually.

Not much help to you now but I never buy from places that don't have full contact details eg email, regular address (ie not PO Box) and regular telephone number (ie not a mobile). As there is no phone number on their site I wouldn't have touched them.
When did you place your order and how did you pay?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Perhaps more importantly, they should tell you their legal name (which this bunch don't), rather than merely a trading name. No clues as to whether you're dealing with a limited company (I can't find anything likely), or a sole trader (in which case you'd need their real name to pursue them).MovingForwards wrote: »Not much help to you now but I never buy from places that don't have full contact details eg email, regular address (ie not PO Box) and regular telephone number (ie not a mobile).0 -
As the owners of Greedy Lama don't seem too concerned about complying with their legal obligations regarding the information they are required provide to potential customers, who's to know if their legal obligations regarding the quality and preparation requirements of their products are being met.
"100% vegan and cruelty free", so they say. Then again, they could say anything they wish but this doesn't mean that it's true.0 -
Owner of greedy lama (DB) is also the owner of dB photography Nottingham, alleged event photographer and music photographer and videographer
Db photography can be found on linkdin, together with the owners name.

I thought I'd have a poke around. On the Contact Us page:
[Removed by Forum Team]
info@greedylama.com
which looking at street view is residential, although to be fair there seems to be building work going on. WHOIS isn't much use as they registered the domain via Tucows in Jan 2018. Nothing I can see on Companies House...
Poking around on Nottingham's planning portal suggests there is no store

Why not contact " raelovesfroot" vegan blogger, on Facebook, who seems to have manned the greedy lama stall at derby.
Perhaps she can cast some light on it..0
