The promotion is only open to mainland UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Trewithen Dairy, Rick Stein and Archant, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Promotion Period: entries must be received by 11.59pm on 1st March 2020.
How to enter: Go to the Trewithen Dairy website and fill out a brief form.
Only one entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
The prize: a two-night stay at St Petroc’s Bistro Padstow, for 2 people. In addition, a 3-course dinner for two including a bottle of Rick Stein house wine at The Seafood Restaurant Padstow with pre Dinner Cocktails at Ruby’s Bar. Two places on a day long course at Rick Stein’s Cookery school.
The break must be taken, subject to availability, before 31st December 2020, excluding Easter, May Half Term, July and August.
Stay dates must be confirmed within 4 weeks of accepting the prize.
No additional services are included in this offer other than those stated.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the winner’s preferred date for taking up the prize, subject to availability.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a suitable alternative if required.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Winner selection: the winner will be picked at random by Trewithen Dairy.
Winner notification: Winners will be notified by Trewithen Dairy between 1st March and 7th March 2020. In the event that the winner has not responded within seven days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
Once the prize has been accepted, the winners are committed to attend.
By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
By entering, the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
