Are credit scores legal ? I refuse to get involved in something so morally wrong

What do you mean? Why would a 'credit score' be illegal? A CRA 'credit score' in the UK is neither seen nor used by a typical lender. 'Morality' is irrelevant.

Refuse to get involved do you? Take it you have absolutely no credit then?
The CRA's will give you a 'score' but as above, in the UK they are just a marketing gimmick.0 -

Maybe lenders will reciprocate and refuse to lend money if they can’t be reasonably sure about getting it back0
