PIP Report Contradictions

I ended up reading my PIP report thoroughly last night and noticed comments contradicting.
My CVI (certificate of visual impairment) obviously has a date on the bottom.
On the first page of the report she mentioned “CVI which the date is unclear”.
During the rest of the report she refers to the CVI a lot stating “the CVI dated 31/01/19”.
Will this cause difficulties or anything?
I’m assuming if they had difficulty reading the date they would of requested further clarification or proof?
(Sorry I over think far too much).

Why are you worried?
a) The assessment report gives you sufficient points for a PIP award, but you are worried that the DWP DM may over-ride this and not award PIP because of the date issue?
b) The assessment report does not give you sufficient points for a PIP award, and you are worried that an appeal may be made more difficult because of the date issue?
c) Another reason.
Is 31/01/2019 the correct date?Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
Most likely not because they usually go with the report.

I agree that you're over thinking things because as indicated in another thread of yours the report suggests Standard daily living and Enhanced mobility. Thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6079226
Unless of course you've decided to request the MR for that extra point for Enhanced daily living?0 -
No I haven’t decided to go forward with an MR.
Yes the 31/01/2019 is the correct date.
The report does suggest standard daily living & enhanced mobility.
Sorry I’m just a natural worrier and can’t help it.0 -

I'd try not to worry as it's a very inconsequential contradiction.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
